DP user Dadman chargedbacked or sended fraud funds to me 1743$ on paypal

yes,it is possible.because your account belong to associated accounts.do you exchange with him in a week several times?If you do that,you will be doubted.so hold your account.

 

Okay, it is NOT rocket science to figure out what the problem is. Check your email and if you don't have an email from paypal CALL THEM. Ask them specifically what is going on.

Here's my guess: YOUR account is the problem.

Why do I come to that conclusion? You sent money to his account and his wife's account and they both have funds held. This tells me that YOUR account is being flagged for potential fraud or whatever and they are not letting you receive or send payments for certain transactions or to certain accounts or whatever.

If you cannot call them then you were doing something wrong and deserve to lose the money. A "professional exchanger"? That sounds fishy to me right there lol or I'm just naive I guess.

You keep on about the word "chargeback" but you in fact were never told by paypal that it was in fact a chargeback right? Check your account and read the dispute!!!

 

I got mail for each dispute,and it was five disputes.
And this is message in each mail:

This is the exact email I got from them and the guy on the other end said they wanted him to verify his PHYSICAL address.

Does it say that you have to perform any actions. Look in your account under "open disputes" I think it is called. Or does it say it's waiting for "the other party to complete an action"

That will tell you who needs to do something here.

 

When i click on details and open issue and then enter into resolution center,
I see on status "Requiring your action" and then i can go to "resolve" button.

 

Ok, here's what, those transaction are claimed ( in MY account ) as being not authorized by the "sender".
So briefly this means that
1) I have received some money for services from 3 - 4 sources.
2) I have then done those transfers with jacobkell ( and others ) to exchange from paypal into epass.
3) Paypal opened a claims ( or the account holder that paid me ) saying that some transaction where not "authorized by the account holder" ( from wich I've received funds in the first place )

So clearly means that if there is something then it's me here who got robbed or something as I've received some funds and then those funds are claimed to be "non authorized" .

What is surprising me is that paypal goes down to the other transfers also.. like they dont have to hold jacobkell account.
That's like I've received X amount from A, I transfer X amount to B
A open a dispute to paypal saying that the X amount transaction was not authorized by him. Paypal hold my account open a dispute and on top they do the same thing to the X amount that I've transfered to B cause it's in fact the same amount as A as transfered to me ( wich is now claimed to be not authorized ).

So anyhow, hope that this is clear now and I would appreciate just to wait what's happening with paypal before going on and on with this post as I do not really appreciate being spit on publicly in the first place like jacobkell did by opening this post. He did'nt even contacted me before going out publicly like that to know what was happening.

So that's the story for the moment. I am leaving for 4 days, will be back on tuesday so I might not respond back.

 

Tuesday?And i need to give response to paypal before 31.7.Also,if funds are returned,you present reputation will be restored,that's not problem.Problem is how to return funds and that need to be resolved.

 

Actually, when I do exchange with paypal. I must use fake memo such as buy hosting, buy template, buy script, pay for license, pay for aff commission, etc...

It will help me protect from Paypal TOS.

Look Mate,

From a personal account you can't send such heavy amounts to a single person without having any sale receipt for it or any shipping info. It advised to use premium account for such services. Also If the funds are above $500 in a day transfered to many people or received from many people and then you send it to someone or try to withdraw, paypal is going to withhold that amount.

you can check his account,you will find information when you send money to person(don't click confirm button).but I don't think it can help you even if his account is business account.

Dadman's right.. Just wait and see what happens before you starting saying things about him. If DaDman was a scammer.. he would be gone now, not here trying to solve your problem.

It is my entire capital,what else you can except?I was working days and night for it.Let's say you have 1000$,that is all what you have and sudenly you cant use that.I hope dadman is not scammer,i writing now answer to paypal and will see what will happen.

Update:reply sended,now disputes are in awaiting reply from other party status.
Add:O look i opened this thread in buy and sell first and then it ended on payment proccesing and it finaly it's on general chat.Mods must be smoking weed.
