DP staff has not acted on my feedback report

    Hello,

    BuxP and I recently left negative feedback on each others DigitalPoint accounts, however we were able subsequently able to not only identify the misunderstanding but resolve the issue to each others satisfaction. Both of us submitted feedback reports requesting the removal of our negative feedback on each others accounts. However, the DP staff hasn't acted on this report yet (submitted about a week ago).

    Could a DP staff member reviewing this thread help BuxP and I get this issue resolved?

    Never be hasty in leaving itrader. Be sure issue can not be resolved before leaving itrader.
