DP sig make my page out of rank of google

    wang xuanjie is at my sig. before it in sig, it at first serp,but now ,it gone in stead of another page about wang xuanjie that is in first serp.

    google think my page in sig is trash link then let gone out of serp.

    So what you're saying is before you put the link in your sig you were ranked first and after you put the link in your sig you are no longer first?

    Its not due to the signature, It happened to me twice even before I started using my sig here.

    if your ranking dropped then it was going to happen even if you didnt add your sig in DP, links can never "hurt you" and if it was possible it will be a WAR between webmasters.

    Short and clear, if it has hurt your site in google rankings, then why you still keep the signature? Or this is just another strategy of "click me click me"..

    you are right this won't be the reason because google says your ranking depends on the amount Referrers! instead it should increase your reanking

    I believe that it is very possible that the sig is the cause, and that G's "too many too quick" filter is still alive and well.

    I have a couple of sites that I must be very careful with when it comes to link building. Even if I submit to too many directories in too short a time, I slip in SERPs.

    Fortunately, the effect has typically been temporary, a month or two.
