I'm going to go with D. I was going to say B, but then I went with D. C looks like a girl, but you can tell she was probably some feminine faced Japanese dude before the change. I could believe that C and D are both female though if that is the case. This sounds like one of those psych experiments where you tell everyone that all but one are (x), despite what your eyes tell you. Pretty much everyone will believe and convince themselves that only 1 is (y). I'm not saying here, but I could easily see C and D as girls. I'm going with D though as per your instructions.

 

Hahahahaha! Thats funny. Just had to comment on that. And I say A cause she's the manliest looking one so i'm sure thats where the deceit is. She's a she that's taken wayyy too many male hormones and bench pressed wayyy too many pounds.

 

It's usually the least obvious. I'm going to choose "A". The face looks sooooo manly but the eyes look female.
