    Hi there,

I love the idea of the "Digital Point Push Notification" plugin. I bought it the other day and have been trying to install it. I believe I have done everything correctly, but I am getting this error:

ErrorException: Extracting push notification package failed - library/DigitalPointPushNotifications/ControllerPublic/Push.php:142
    Screen Shot 2014-08-29 at 3.51.17 PM.png

    Ideas? Tips?

    Thanks!
    Ivar

Is this not the support forum for this plugin? If not, where can I get some support?
    Thanks,
    Ivar

You may be able to get support for it here. However, I believe that this would be the correct place since it's the thread it was officially released on at Xenforo: https://xenforo.com/community/threads/digital-point-push-notifications-paid.62443/

Are you still having an issue? That normally will be caused by a malformed package (typically something like missing images).

Never got it working. Will try again. If I run into problems, are you able to help?

    Thanks,
    Ivar

Hmm... What is the PayPal transaction ID? Our end doesn't show a valid license for you for some reason.

If there was a dispute, the net payment is $0 (actually negative since a dispute costs us). So as far as our system is concerned, it's not a valid license since it's unpaid.

I'm not worried about it... Was just saying we don't offer support when the user is unlicensed is all. :)
