DP profile problem, adsense error

Im trying to put my adsense code into my 'options' here on DP. When i paste the code in, exactly as instructed to, i get this message:

You did not enter the correct format for the Google AdSense Client ID field. Please read the field description for the expected format.


anyone know why?

 

Are you adding the pub part with it? As per the options:

You just need to enter the pub number, not the all ad...

 

hey guys, i tried it with and without the pub and had no luck. I thought i was doing something wrong but i think its a mistake.,

 

It must have a pub. Read the bold example.

 

Shannon... Haha. Thanks for the info. I assumed it was an error because the message told me it was. I guess i will have to make a few more posts this forum is the only thing that gets me through my days at work.
