DP on Digg For Bad Support

I got a PM (spam) from the user "exponent" telling me to digg http://digg.com/software/DigitalPoint_Founder_Ignoring_customers

If he carrys on alot of people will digg it and down goes DP.

Admin better do something.

 

Well ignore that PMs or forward to DP team for more action. Its so simple.

 

Just forward the PM to any available moderator on DP, and they shall deal with it accordingly. I doubt DP will go down under a bad name.

Sounds like the guy is pretty upset lol, I guess he's got his lawyers looking into the problem now or something? Wonder if that's a empty threat or real

As far as the digg article, any press is good press and I don't think one article will hurt them !

 

This is real sad. The DP empire goes much further than these forums and keeps Shawn busy - I wish people would just be patient instead of stirring trouble.

 

Even i just posted a comment on the digg for that lame story he added, i personally never recommend pointing out someone in public, and besides people there are all who are against DP or get banned from DP for what they did!

I agree! I don't even think it would even make a dent in the reputation of this forum!

 

Maybe not the reputation of the forum but make a dent in the rep of OptiGold. I personally don't know what OptiGold even is but I've seen lots of complaints in the forum and I haven't even seen Shawn respond. Maybe he's busy but if people pay for software, then they should receive support. Right?

The forums itself are amazing. I've learned a bunch of stuff just by reading and participating but maybe Shawn could give a tiny update on what's going on with that thread.

If everybody that disagrees bury's it it will sink faster than the Titanic. But thats if you disagree. I got no idea what OptiGold is so i'm not gonna get involved
