The other day, i expressed my views on some religions/political forum, i got 2 bad reputation for saying against some religion. I didnt cuss/bitch anybody. It were just my views on certain things. I didnt get personal with anybody too.I think internet is free, and it should be, and we should loosen up a bit here, at the same time i feel there should be strict rules to follows, i dont really suggest to delete the reputation thing.. But when i express my views freely, i think i shouldnt get a red rep and be banned. What do you guys think?
I think you posted this in the wrong forum, for starters. I also think you shouldn't of posted this thread, because you may get more red reps from people. Now, for the reputation part. That's great that you think you shouldn't get red rep, but back in reality it is everyone's right to green rep someone aswell as to red rep someone. It could even be without any particular reason. People could red rep you just because they don't like you, or just because they find it fun. When posting ANY post in DP, you face the danger of being red repped, and the only thing you can do about it is accept it and move on. To avoid red reps, you'll have to stop posting. There will always be someone who disagrees with you on any matter, and will red rep you if he feels like it.
First of all, Red rep doesnt get you banned. Second, Green Rep means someone approved your post. Red rep mean someone disapproved your post. Whatever you post someone is gonna disagree with you. you cant make everyone happy. Everyone here gets red rep everyday. I have seen your posts, your thinking is radical, it's no surprise that you got red reps. You expressed yourself freely, they expressed their disapproval by redding you. It happens to all everyday, just get over it and move on..
there are plenty of people who all they do is give red rep...they are easy to spot...they have thousands of posts and no rep themselves.
