    You are asked to become one I think. Not the other way around. Besides, you would need to be fairly established on the forum to be considered in any case.

    They ask you for a Ferrari, a Boat and a hot tube with 30 playmates. If you don't fulfill those wishes, you get a Ban instead of a Mod t-shirt.
