DP membership

    hello there,
    I just signed up for the membership and I sent the money with paypal..
    I would like to know how long it usually takes to become a premium membership ?

    There are two types of premium membership. The type where you manually renew your membership subscription and the type that is renewed automatically. To sign up for automatic renewal you need verified PayPal account I believe.

    Could it be you signed up for automatic renewal and do not have verified PayPal?

    yes I have a verified US paypal account. well after I signed-up with DP registration I went into my paypal and sent the money.. its my first time so I dont know..

    It's not possible to pay that way. You would need to do it through the normal payment page.

    Just out of curiosity, what gave you the idea to email money manually vs. the normal way (doing it manually is actually more work... and in the end doesn't work anyway)? :)

    a while back someone told me to get a membership on this site and gave me ur paypal addy to contribute, just yesterday I did that.. but hey anyways I really didn't think anyone would complain while receiving a donation..

    It's not a donation if you were expecting something in return (premium membership)... :)

    And not complaining, was just curious how you even ended up doing that.
