I bought my first cashflowing website using a cash advance from my credit card. Granted, I have a 780 credit score and a $50k limit on the card at the time so I had some room to play but the interest rate wasn't good at all (obviously, it was a cash advance). But, I had great faith in the site I was buying and I was willing to pay the interest because I knew the site would be well worth it in the long term. You just need to be comfortable with what you're buying and put 110% effort into the project.
Check out propser.com for loans! Prosper has peer to peer lending and really good rates. You'll have to put some time into creating a profile and showing that you're honest, but its a great way to get good rates and is legit
