I hate the fact that people are trying to sell so called "Traffic", when what they are really selling is just simple php scripts that opens your website and sit on your website for 20 seconds... I know a few php programmers that have told me how easy it is to do this kind of thing..
Actually aceuk that is true and not true .Some maybe Others no . those like me who have adversal as a supplier you can go to adversal and look . Webmasters are required to put a code in there webpage that creates a pop-under . We buy unique visitors from the webmasters . If webmaster is found to have gotten faulty hits or has been scamming our system they are no longer in the program . Is it php? I am not sure it is just a simple code they install in there index.html web page . But it is up as long as the visitor does not close it . There is no timer or anything like that . Not sure where the php timer is from . If you want to see the code yourself just join up as an advertiser for adversal then will give it to you .You yourself will see nothing illegitamate about the code . So please get all the facts before posting . This what you are speaking of may be true for some scammers . But not for real traffic - resellers . All that will do is cause a mass hysteria where no one will even buy traffic from honest traffic suppliers . So honestly you know a few php programmers who know how easy it is to scam people . GOOD for you . What comes around goes around rember that . You start listeming to others tell you how easy it is to scam people than you will want to try it than next thing you know it is YOU who will be scammed !! Scammers always get scammed in the end . It is just how it works . Also to categorize all traffic resellers in this category is very neglagent (sp) . It is up to you as a consumer to ask questions . That is your responsibility . If questions are not answered to your liking you have every right just to walk away . Nothing is worse than a consumer who chronicly makes impulse buys just because something looks good than later so ohh ima do a charge back just because I do not think I want this anymore or this is not quite what I wanted . Well what did you want ? Did you not find out exactly what you was getting before you bought it ? Why not ? Most cases it is because the consumer is too lazy . Too lazy to ask a couple of questions !!!!!! I want consumers to ask me any question they can ! I will gladly answer them with a smile . If they end up not purchaseing my product GREAT!!! Because I would rather have a consumer that was happy with my product than to have one that bought my product and was misserable ! MY POINT: If you let yourself be scammed you WILL be scammed . just follow a little guidline . Ask ask ask ask as many questions as you can . Make sure this is the PRODUCT you want . If not WALK away ! There will be scam artist as long as there are people that let themselves be scammed . BTW thxs artiny for starting this thread . Maybe some mod may make this sticky Just maybe this may open peoples eyes and help them before making a purchase so they know what to look for !
I am not sure I know what are you talking about . You didn't cause any trouble and you didn't say anything . Did you try to post a reply twice ? or you might have posted something in a wrong place and have gotten a infraction point which is a warning or something similar to that . But it isn't because you said something here or anywhere else . Still , I am not sure what is that all about but unless you have something to add to this thread that involves traffic and scamming , you might want to send a pm to one of the moderators and find out from them .

When people start asking too many questions they do not know the answer to they will start to shy away from forums like these . Questions are the key to protection against scammers . PERIOD . The more questions you ask the more likely your chance to smell if something smells fishy or not! When you smell something fishy warn others . We do as a community have too look out for one and another . I can look thro0ugh the forum right now and tell you a number of traffic suppliers that are either fake or not telling everything up front . But people are still like wow I have got to get that . That is cheap . They think ohh well if they loose 5.00 . God forsaken grr use some common sense people . Long as people do that as well they will stick around . Do not email them pm them or anything asking questions . Ask them in the open so everyone can see! BTW chances are anytime you see the 20+ seconds chances are it is a ptc site or auto surf . So to be honest most the time they only care about earning credits for themselves . Once again use your head people . How is it they know exactly how long a visitor will stay on your site ? *begins to loose hope for fate of humanity* People just jump on these offers when they see these low offers never questioning what they are getting ! For some reason this enfuriates me . Because this action breeds scammers . BREEDS THEM!!!! They see omg we got a forum full of idiots . Than there goes the neighborhood ! Honestly they should just do away with the service board here . People are just not responsible enough consumers to handle it . Why am I saying this ? Because I keep looking around and seeing just how many people are getting duped and it blows my mind . I hope I did not anger anyone even though I probably did . I just want people to step back take a breath and think about what they are buying and what it is they want from the product before the make a purchase . Just make sure you fully know what it is you are getting please . Please for my sanity and your finacial well being .
I know for a fact that no matter how loud you talk or how much you talk , it will simply won't make a difference because , we , as humans , are one step closer of being robots . It's a proven fact that we are sometimes a human robot . We will follow a path knowing that it might lead us to nowhere , but because we see 9 out of 10 people are using that path so we figure , they must know something and we don't . We much rather be safe with 90% of wrong then find new ways with only 10% , fact of life .
I agree with you Artiny on the robot stuff . I for one probably will take the safe path and think to myself at least if i am wrong there are 8 others with me that are wrong too . But your words i might remember them next time and try a new path. as for the scammers Targeted is right , there will be scammers everywhere no matter what .

CashDola is a SCAMMER. I paid USD300 via Western Union, after payment has been made, he completely disappeared. Stopped replying msgs, stopped picking u phone calls. His Details: Country: HONG KONG First Name: Yi Na Last Name: Cheung I was actually in touch with him via MSN and Phone for some time. He was friendly and all that, but obviously that was a trap!! CashDola has advertised heavily on the internet for Ebay accounts for sale. He is a registered member in many forums such as "WebsiteAuctionHug.com", "iOffer" etc (just google CashDola and you will find him). Reading through his history of threads and posts, it is obvious that he was planning on Scamming (because he was asking about where to buy UK bank accounts sold in Nigeria) This guy is a professional SCAMMER. Ppl should try to put him in Jail. I'm new, with no iTrader points (wat is dat btw?)... but thats beacuse I joint DP solely to warn people about CASHDOLA.

You should do a reverse phone number search...check out his address...Maybe track him down. You should do something about it though. This can't be tolerated here at DP anymore!
Well this thread has some good post in it . Tells you how to protect yourself from being scammed those who do not read it and get scammed . It is your own fault . Do not cry to the mods i was scammed because it just does not matter . You let yourself be scammed . There are ways in here to protect yourself . So use them . There is nothing one person can do FOR YOU . You have to do it for yourself . This thread should be stickied and closed . There is nothing more anyone can say to help prevent scam in this .
Mods don't have access to all the PM's, E-mail's, Paypal accounts, checks, money orders, etc. to make a fair decision. Could you imagine the time it would take mods to research each case where someone has been scammed, providing they had all the information? Mods are here to manage the forums and not be mediators. The best way to protect yourself from being scammed is to look at a person's rep and iTrader. Read their iTrader comments to make sure they did not come from years back. Look for any recent negative iTrader. Ask for a sample or review. Buying links/banner ads? Ask them to post it first, providing you are seriously going to buy. And use Paypal to make the payment. If the business transaction goes wrong, you can dispute it. If you are a seller, you are basically on the hook. There is nothing worse then getting paid from a jacked Paypal account. If you do get scammed, leave negative rep and iTrader. That is one way you can help to warn the rest of us. And if you come up with any good ideas to share with the mods, use the feedback forum to discuss it with them.
I just don't believe if someone offered me an easy ways to earn $, also with no effort at all. It just too many scammer around us, so beware and thrust nobody without proof inside. Maybe i should find a better job someday, that really makes me money

Mods do not get involved in members disputes but everyone always goes crying to them . If someone was to read the post they can find out everything you just said snowbird you gave a really good summary of everything I have been saying . How many times have I been scammed by a seller anywhere ? 0 How many times have I been scammed by a buyer anywhere ? 12 Buyers have it as scam artist yeahhh . I knew you could do it!!
