DP Members Are Being Robbed Everyday

Someone has to stop people that are selling fake and bogus traffic and charging DP members great deal of money everyday > They are simply robbing members with their money . The unfortunate thing is that this particular member was banned and about a week or so later was reinstated and doing the same thing here . Where are the DP moderators ? How come this is happening over and over again ? People ............ speak up to put an end to this !

The troubled DP members thread ................. http://forums.digitalpoint.com/showthread.php?t=957836

I thought it would be ok because his iTrader looked good. I guess that iTrader really just can't be trusted as a gauge of ... well, trustability. How is it that this guy was banned for doing this a week ago and he didn't have any negative input on his profile? How did he get 17 positive iTraders in the first place without anybody reporting his scam?

Well, it really doesn't matter. The guy has been paid by many of us, and we are not receiving delivery. There really isn't much we can do but live and learn. Hopefully paypal can do something about our money, thus I have filed a resolution in Paypal and I hope everyone else who has been jacked here does the same resulting in his paypal account getting red flagged.

Well I think this is a fair comment but I dont think its just traffic, I have been scammed a few times with hosting and other things, then again I do feel that if you research the person you are buying it from you can make your own mind up.
All you have to do is look at their itrader, posts, use whodatis when buying domains, wayback machine when buying websites and so on.
At the end of the day some times you have to gamble and some you win but you can lose..
Remember never be scared to ask to many questions!

The official DP stance is the mods or admins do not get involved in transactions between members. This applies even when there are hundreds of members who have been scammed.

Here is a good example to read:

    http://forums.digitalpoint.com/showthread.php?t=757370

On the topic of buying traffic. Most of those services are totally bogus and if they send you traffic, it comes from pop-up crap or less than desirable sites. It is better to work on building traffic by good SEO or PPC not by buying it from these type of sellers. Not only is it normally bogus, Google hates it and can result in hurting your site.

    Go to your paypal account.
Find the transaction, go into it's details.
Click on the resolution center link towards the bottom.
Leave a description of what's going on.
This leaves a message for the seller and gives him a chance to resolve it.
Paypal will email you the earliest date in which you can escalate it as a claim for review from Paypal. And the resources to learn how to do so.

Astersmitem is right, do what he says above and paypals system will send a email to the person you are having a dispute with and they hope that you guys can work something out, if both parties cant resolve the issue within 20 days or something then paypal will review it and then make a decision..
You will find all the info that you need right here..

What makes it even worst that the DP member for this scamming thread was indeed banned for a short period of time ( for what purposes I don't know ) and was reinstated after about 10 days or so . Real nice.

I can give you 1 name that will deliver whatever he promises and even more . His traffics are mainly adult but he will work it out with you . He charges more then anybody else per/visitor , and that itself is why he is very good .

DP member " crryss73 " and he doesn't even have a thread here but he does respond when you send him pm

I sell real quality traffic (check my thread from seller testimonials) and do my upmost best to serve my customers the quality they desire (that's why i'm probably not the cheapest), and 9 out of 10 is VERY happy with my traffic.

It really amazes me that I have to read that most of these traffic sales are crap.. Theres a few things that can make you avoid crap traffic:

-ALWAYS ask for a review. Sellers who don't want to offer a review are hiding something.
    -Read testimonials
-Cheapest traffic = Crap traffic. For quality traffic u pay around 1cc/click. point.
-Ask the sources of where the traffic is coming from.

If you already listen to these 4 little things, u should avoid the most crap in this forum.

I just want to say that not every traffic seller in here is a scammer...

I was scammed by the same guy that you are talking about, Artiny. I found that the only option was to contact PayPal's resolution center. Still waiting on that so if anyone has any ideas...

Are we allowed to post this guy's paypal so at least the annoyance will be somewhat minimized?

If you read the thread linked to the first post on this thread, you'll see that the guy posted his paypal address himself.

If anyone is thinking what is going on in here , as far as my comments ( about this dishonest person that is cheating everyone ) that I left in his thread , it was a premature comments on my part mainly because I mistaking him with somebody else and I failed to think before I spoke . I apologize if anyone acted upon my comments .

...probably they were busy banning me and 100s of other members because we posted "PM me more information, thanks". Scammers can stay...

The funny part out of all this , is that the moderators did their part I believe by banning this individual from DP , but how in the world he was reinstated is out of my head . He was banned a total of 10 days if I am not wrong .
