Hey Vonrat, i would like to hear that recorded conversation that you said to have obtained.

 

Though i am not sure about it but if a deal was not done on paper, i think there is no question of going to court as you wont have any written proof to show or make any arguments there.

1. We didnt threaten to sue this lamer EVER
2. We are not the ones that claims to have a recorded voice conversation, Colin Crawford cliams he records all of his conversations because I guess he makes a habit of taping conversations.
3. The chargeback was placed upon amitpatel_3001 for legitamate reasons, he knows what he did, he knows why the chargeback was placed.
He also knows why the chargeback went through.
And as far a HEDIR, why dont you ask the admin these days how his access is back to India. I think you'll find it to be quite "monitored" as "we" say at Stanford. Sorry amitpatel_3001, we is not every Indian, we is not everyone in dp, we is only you pal holdng a chargeback for a legitamate reason placed upon you for YOUR actions.
You know what you did, why dont you just be a man instead of a boy and admit it, and run along!
By the way, amitpatel_3001 is the ONLY person in the history of this firm that we have EVER placed a chargeback on. That says it ALL.

Sounds like a shooting of one's own foot scenario to me. He's leaving footprints everywhere. You know the funny side of this is that this thread is indexed at Google. its not gonna be anything serious ....

First of all, U.S law disregards any chat since chats can be faked anytime ...

Second, He does not live in U.S.A, and it takes quiet a bit to get a case in the court (it is international)

Third of all, don't even worry... i got a threat of getting sued too ... if he sent paperwork than u have something but the court would reject this case like in a snap.

 

Col - it sounds like you did the right thing. Unless you signed a contract with him at the beginning of the deal, you have no moral or legal obligations to him. He's just trying to scare you by the sound of it. I'd just ignore him completely.

 

He actually said he was one and the same. Amitpatel_3001 backs that up a few posts ago.
I see he is banned now. I wonder if it was dup accounts?
