DP Meetup. Best date to have it on?

Hi all,

So far it looks like there are about 20 that are seriously interested. I think that is plenty to get started with.

Looking at the dates and events that are happening in Reno next year, I would say the following would probably work best.

If January is not too soon for you:
Jan 27 through Jan 30 (Friday to Monday)

Or if February would be better then we may want to shoot for:
Feb 17 through Feb 20 (Friday to Monday)

Are both a little soon?

Of course you can come and go as you like but this will be something to put on the planner at least.

Also, do we want to work on getting a good rate for everyone to stay at the same resort in Tahoe or should we just have everyone handle thier own booking arrangements?

I can recommend a few casinos in Tahoe that I have stayed in.

I think anywhere works there...Stayed in a suite somewhere in Reno this summer and it was under a hundred bucks.--so there is definitely a lot of value.

I prefer late Jan as well but Im excited so that may be driving my choice.

 

Sorry guys, guess I should have mentioned it will be held in South Lake Tahoe, Nevada.

 

So far 6 say end of Jan and 3 say end of Feb.

Where are all the others who said they were planning on going?
