DP keyword tool having serious problems

    My keyword tool is locked on the 'Track Back Links' section.

    I can go into Track Keywords, but once I select one of my websites from the selection box, the page goes back to 'Track Back Links'.

    Ive tried all I can think of - doing a 'check all', checking individual links, logging in and out, clearing firefox cache.

    Has this happened to anyone else?

    usually happens when the system is busiest. To get it to show what it ought to be showing, click any keyword (even if it's been checked already). For some reason clicking an individual keyword changes all the views (landing page you last selected, and engine(s)) to what you intended.

    If that doesn't help, wait for a less busy time and try again.
