Do the keyword search on a different Google datacenter (different IP address) and you should see the updated rankings on one of them. It takes Google a bit of time to update across all datacenters, so don't necessarily think the keyword ranking tool is reporting incorrect rankings data If you're unsure of different Google datacenter IP addresses, you can find them on all the different Pagerank checker tools.
