    I dont like it on sitepoint how you have to pay to sell a website or advertise a service, it should be free like DP :)

    Just to keep things in perspective.

    Generally the quality of Sites sold at Sitepoint are much higher than at DP. The fees also helps keep the spammy sellers away. I had a quick look and saw a site which just sold for $25,000 there. A serious seller would list their site there as the big spenders check the marketplace there more often than I would think here in DP.

    It would be a good idea to check both here at DP and at SP the sites being sold to get a better idea.

    I like DP. Generally, the people are friendly, the site loads very fast, the forums are very active and informative and it's just an all-around-great community. :)

    But, let's say, that's the competition or people just get tired about always the same subjects

    Many people selling, spamming, some scams, some drama queens ...

    Some deception ...

    I totally agree with you, but now forum is perfect. You just have to be wise not to be scammed. You learn as you become more experienced.
