DP is a nice forum with DODGY rules?

Itrade system is made to be tricked.. Do you think that all these children looking for blackhats method will step back from the itrade trading on msn, yahoo, via email, whatever? That data HAS NO IMPORTANCE.
What about itrade blocking that I experimented in a couple of threads in which I paid (after being scammed by people with itrade and reputation) 9 people and they weren't able to give me an itrade because it was BLOCKED on that thread. It was blocked because I had a bad rep from a moron that I simply contraddicted in his stupid opinion. He gave me (or the moderator did..) an IRRILEVANT POST (that was not irrilevant - irrilevant was the competence of the judge).
Again.. DUPLICATE THREAD.. If I want to post i.e. the same offer that I had 2 months ago, WHY I HAVE TO CHANGE THE TEXT??
I AM NOT SPAMMING!!!!!!!!!!!!
MODERATOR?!? THINK TWICE.. IN your brain there's a lot of spamming, that was not my intention!!. I JUST HAVE THE SAME OFFER AND I WROTE A MESSAGE THAT MAKES ME HAPPY TO PUBBLISH, WHY I HAVE TO CHANGE IT?

1. Quit the caps lock crap. It's annoying, and looks rather childish (ironic considering the rant).

2. No one ever claimed iTrader is perfect. Any smart buyer or seller will look at far more than that when deciding who to do business with. It's just a single tool. You don't have to use it.

3. If you post duplicate threads, you're breaking the rule. Don't like it? Too bad. Try searching before whining, and you'll see that we allow you to request the first one be closed before you start another one if a sale has ended and you want to start a new one, etc.. But if your point of starting a new thread is simply to make it fresh again at the top of the results, then yes, you are spamming. If there's genuine interest, it will stay there. If you want to promote an older offer, link to it in your sig. It works, and is a good idea if your thread is simply a general listing of regular services or whatever you're offering.

4. Rules are necessary to manage a forum of this size. Get used to it.

caps lock means screaming? infact I WAS screaming and if you close the threads by dictatorship (every small power seems to give attitude to abuse, but i am not freudian and i forgive you, but pls think twice expecially if you can guess somebody would be in need to reply) I should scream even more or simply hack your forum in black...

So why dont you suggest the owner to DROP IT, in such big forum that become misleading.
I told you I paid in a freebie thread 9 people once and my itraders were blocked (probably for rep score or something) and they couldn't give me feedback. So I stopped to ask them.

Yes I dont like it and you don't consider that for this argument should be applied different rules for different categories of threads. I can understand what you say for categories like discussions about search engine or politics, but it looses sense for a category like freebies, where the offers need to be refreshed to testify that they are still valid. You dont know how many scam I took in this forum in just 2 months and it's a real pity for example that my honest offers in the freebies sink under a sea of scam and spam.

Ok but i would ask the owner that is kindly hosting us (and making some money on it..let's thank and be nice to each other, mr.) to ask the moderator to give explications about the actions they do.
Nobody likes to see a thread closed without reading the REASON WHY.. LIKE THE ONE I AM REPLYING TO.
"Get used to" is presumptive, please avoid, i am old enough darlin... i know i would just like to make it better or less bad.
