That's right, recently I was scammed by a "Spirit Walker", I won't mention the name. The person was paid for SEO which they never did. When I gave him a negative rating, he complained on the forum and he and his buddies decided to "RED" me.

He then gives me negative feed back on my Itrader but uses totally inappropriate terms such as "Scammer" -- which is funny because HE is the one who took the money from ME and NEVER performed the service.

Of course the Admins here allow this to happen and wont change his -- I assure you if my Itrade comments had the term "SCAMMER" in it rather than the professional terms I used it would have been ZAPPED and fast

And since the thread he scammed me is closed (probably because he did this to others) I can't post the way someone would normally asking for a refund.

So now he sets back after 6 months and has my money and is completely protected by this Cliquish group of arrogant A**holes.

Huh? So you are saying admins here (me basically) has some sort of vendetta against you? Seems that way if you are assuring everyone you would be treated far differently than any other member (no clue who the other party is that you are talking about).

I certainly do not believe any admins here have a vendetta against me. The issue is how certain users with XX,XXX post are treated differently, or so it appears, and allowed to break rules that others are not able to -- when something does not go their way, like recieving their first negative I-trader remarks, some of their "Spirit Walker" buddies gang up on lowely "Berserkers".

I have reported the Inappropriate I-trader feedback 3 times to no avail. Now perhaps they haven't gotten around to reading it, or, maybe it is OK for Spirit Walkers to call people "SCAMMERS" when they are in fact the seller.

    Just venting my frustration.

Post count is irrelevant, as is anything else other than the content of the post itself as far as giving infractions. Hell, moderators have gotten infractions before.

I just clicked on the iTrader of all >5K posters and only Fryman has a negative one recently, iowadawg one a bit older. Neither came from you. So it must have been a sub 5K member, not quite a XX,XXX.

Anyway, I'm interested to know what you have done to try and get them to do the work or to get your money back. Handing out iTraders isn't the most constructive way of resolving issues.

    Now Heritage opens is...
My advice: Go to a ringue and wrestle until one of you guys fade. :p j/k

Even a Peon could call you scammer in iTrader dude, don't mind that...

    EDIT: http://forums.digitalpoint.com/showthread.php?t=268664 i was right :p

seems to me as though you were a bit naive and actually paid someone before a job was carried out. NEVER EVER do work like this. if they do want assurance of payment, use an escrow service not a forum.

i find it funny that he makes it sound like a E-gang. "spirit walkers pick on the berserkers " lol

you should state the facts and have a staff member look into it.

Agreed, when you are getting a service done, I never pay upfront... not until I see the result! Maybe that's just me... but that's how I work.

Get over it. You got burnt. We all get burnt at one time or another. This happens in cyberworld. It's a place fully bent on trust. Just learn from it and move on just like the rest of us already have. There is no point crying over spilt milk unless you are a pussy cat :D

It has been 6 months and only now you start to complain?

Also, if the moderators did not get involved I would think that is for a good reason, we have yet to hear the other side of the story.

I don't see why you are trying to hide his name, you got 3 TR on your account and you can see who gave the TR, so it took all of 30 seconds to see it was "EGS". just saying.. kinda a waste to his his name.

what ever happens good luck with it.

Obviously a "member in good standing of the DP Protection Society"

Come on, let's here form all the members of the "DPPS". Your motto must be "We can screw you out of your cash and red flag you".
