Not really, Both DP main site and this forums homepage PR is 4 ..! However, DP is a very popular place and PR won't matter.. afterall it's still ranking and showing in the search results like it's been when it has a PR 6 PR almost means nothing, unless for sure you're planning to sell text links and risk it all
