DP encourages warez in this site!

in recent events i warned some people in a thread about a script being warez from scribblez scripts. for my good deed i get a 2 point in fraction. How wonderful.

Ban this account if you want I really dont care anymore the DP staff have there heads so far up there ass its not funny.

Bollocks. Just because DP allows people fair opportunity to sell their merchandise, doesn't mean they are condoning any unlawful transaction that results. You made a mistake beginning this thread.

 

When you specifically report the thread for warez as we are told to do. and I posted to warn others. then I get 2 points for harrasing a member trying to sell.

Why not PM a member of staff? You probably got the infraction for interfereing with someones sales thread, which you wouldnt have got if you PMed.

 

PM has never worked and I have watched many warez sell here so i made a post to warn off the potential buyers.

Then DP staff comes along and issues a infraction to me all the while the thread is still available and doing business.

I have talked to staff in prior times and while i know they have a lot on there hands they issue some BS infractions and at this point i don't care. As I have seen to many things sold illegally and DP supply's the spot to do it continually.

We have rules around here - something, given your alarming propensity to attract infractions, you are obviously unaware of. Sales threads are not something to pass critical judgment on in public - if you do that it's called hijacking. My eyes are open and your time is limited - trust me on that.

To be honest I agree with lowridertj.
I have reported illegal activity before on this site and nothing happened to the person committing the act i.e. Theft of someone elses work. I know other people who have also witnessed this as well.

Instead of being praise for being vigilant and keeping an eye out for this type of thing, often you get a red rep and accussed of harrassment or other things.

By allowing threads to continue and not punishing the culprits of the unlawful transactions they effectively condone it.

Im sure I will receive a frenzy of abusive red reps now, like usual.

 

I have reported over 75 threads in the last week. nothing happened and they continue to post more.

Far as the infractions I have 3 are warranted and others are unjust. I ahve followed every aspect of this boards rules until now.

Remove my account. I really don't care for a webmaster forum where warez are so highly accepted.

PM Smyrl..when I did my thread was rid of a really annoying spammer. It was dealt with quickly and politely.

 

Maybe you're thinking of a different forum. You have not reported anywhere near 75 threads.

You have infractions dating back to April 24th.

 

So lowridertj is finally banned? Hmm i can see he is banned and online,strange.

 

I would PM the actual author of the thread and just confront them about it rather than trying to publicly go about it the wrong way. There could potentially be some misunderstanding, and if there isn't then PM a moderator about it. It is sad to see people get so upset about it when in reality it probably isn't so much that they don't care as much that you won't recieve any help going about it they way you are.

 

Last i checked your the one who's selling warez in at your TMG site. hypocrite.
