DP ads problem - They're not working

Discussion in 'Digital Point Ads' started by DomainEmpire.com, Nov 21, 2013.

Question for the support (or for anyone authorized to check our account situation).

Over 15 hours ago, we added for the first time an $50 credit to our DP account as well as 2 ads with high bids.

They're apparently active (after having been approved) but none has been yet shown it seems so we continue to have a balance of $50

May someone help to understand what's happening and if we're doing something wrong, please ?

Looks like to have not enabled your ads yet. On the page that shows your ads, just click the "Enable" link for each.

They're enabled for sure because I see the Disable link, this means I'd stop them by clicking it :)

Definitely show as being disabled when I look. Can you post a screenshot of what you are looking at exactly?

    Issue finally fixed, thanks.
I was looking at this url where they appeared Enabled:
    https://advertising.digitalpoint.com/advertiser?action=sites

While the correct url (where enabling them individually) was:
    https://advertising.digitalpoint.com/advertiser?action=ads&site_id=1

Ah... Yeah, you can individually enable/disable ads or just do it for the whole site.
