Downloads Page - Adsense or Adfly?

Adsense or Adfly?

    I have files on my site which people can download, which they can do by clicking the download link for the respective file.

    Now I have the option of redirecting them to a downloads page, where they are forced to wait 5 seconds before their download starts and have to stare at 3 Adsense ad units.

    Or, they simply get an AdFly link, which after clicking "Skip Ad", starts their download.

    AdFly so far has been making 2$ per 1000 downloads.

    What would bring more revenue?

    Switch between both at least for a week, this a basic A/B testing.
