    Hi all,

    I'm selling the domain name DownloadNotepad.com.

    As silly as it may sound, according to Google's Keyword Tool (and the results of other KW tools match), the term "download notepad" has a global monthly search volume of 49,500 (broad) / 10k (phrase).

    Given some effort, it's very possible to make the domain appear on the first page on Google for this keyword and shouldn't take long.

    According to SpyFu, the average CPC for the term "notepad" is $0.52 - $1.52.
    Not as good as some finance, health, etc. -related keywords but I'd consider it quite decent compared to the average of 20-30c.

    Domain expires 20th September 2010.
