Hi Again with clickbank its very hard to control refunds as many customers go directly to clickbank without contacting us first and request a refund, actually this consists of 99% of all the refunds. as you would know clickbank has a no questions asked refund policy which means that whatever absurd reason the customer gives he gets a refund. i have seen tickets for refunds that were a joke.. example reasons for clickbank refunds: 1.I searched for the movie "17 again" and it was not there i want a refund. 2.my little brother used my credit card without my permission. 3.i did not like the movies i saw. and so on and so fourth given these refund reasons and given the fact that those refunds are done directly via clickbank its impossible for us to control the refund rate. of couse if as an affiliate you make a lot of false promises the likelihood for refunds is a lot higher. we are also looking to create other versions of the website on other platforms then clickbank (such as plimus) in order to cross-test where it is more profitable . on plimus for example we control the refunds. Regarding the servers stuff i am not a technical guy, but it sure sounds like you know what you are talking about . i think we could use a guy like you in the future when the site expands further ( i will contact you) Also you guys can help me help you. you know your conversion rates, if you have websites that convert better then moviescapital i would be happy to hear about it so we can create more landing pages for the product that convert better and you can send traffic there and everyone wins.
