Downloading Kompozer to my laptop

Can anyone help me with down loading kompozer to my laptop.

I have downloaded the files from the website, and unzipped them but there are so many files I don't know how to install it onto my laptop. There isn't a simple install wizard.

 

I'm Pretty sure you don't install it, you just run the Kompozer.exe file from the folder
