Very interesting... But be carefull. Since youTube is owned by Google, they probably won't appreciate such a site as this.
It's not about permission dear. Once you upload a video on YouTube, it's not private! Anyone can watch it, so why not to let them download? That's the main aim of my site.
Because once it's on Youtube, it's Google's property. If they don't offer downloads on thier network, then it's illegal no matter what country you're in.
This is not true, once it is uploaded to YouTube you can download and use the non copyrighted videos for use, however, you cannot download official content, and you can't download and use anything from a youtube partner... however there is already a fairly large website out there called pwnyoutube.com which when you are on YouTube and want to download the video you can just type pwn between the . and the y it will take you to a screen you can download the video you were just watching.
You may get a letter from YouTube and or google of "Cease and Desist Letter" for using YOUTUBE in your domain, I got one from ebay 5 years back. They will contact your host and or domain company too.
