    The domain has around 2.000 unique visitors / day most of them from US, Canada and UK.
    The domain age is 2 year and 1 month.
    PR 1 around 71.500 pages indexed by google ( which sends 80% of the traffic )

    So the site had and has on going marketing campaigns.

    You will find in the script, plugins that promote the site on Twitter and Facebook automatically.

    Hello, yes.

    A few more questions:
    Why is the site not using adsense? Does it violate adsense terms? Has adsense previously been used on the site? I checked and it seems it is not being sandboxed by google.

    Also, is there a reason users must register before downloading content? Have you tried allowing guests to download content (Were there any differences in traffic/bandwidth)

    What is the current hosting requirements for this site.

    The had Adsesne on it and the account was deleted about 4 hours after it was placed on the site.
    Now there was other problems with that account that were mentioned on the closure of the adsesne account ( not related to downloadyoutubemp3 ). However we decide to go with another ad's provider.

    User must register cause right now there are 25.000 emails that you can send ... what you want. Probably persons that don't have to much to spend on the net ... but still 25.000 persons.
    The other version would be to remove the registration and place captcha ( this is done and can be changed easily ).

    A vps would be recommended. You would need this on the server http://script.downloadyoutubemp3.com/requirements/.

    I think the word youtube in the name downloadyoutube is against google TOS because its a google property.

    This is correct and Google/YouTube could legally seize that domain if they became aware/wanted to. This greatly decreases the value of the website being sold.
