The functionality of the site is good. Once you start to get some earnings from it I'd suggest you get a talented artist to make you a banner.
For your niche... your site is more than good enough. Things you can improve on in my opinion are a nice logo on your header and perhaps add a short description on each wallpaper or add another column cos it looks rather empty.
Please change the logo!!! Even using some online generator, but please, this one looks really bad. I really liked that you have it multi-language. Maybe you should also consider adding new functionality that will show recently added wallpapers, for example 1-3 nice thumbnails for both categories on the main page.

Nice looking site, wanted to get the Megan Fox wallpaper but get an explorer window error with every new page saying cant open in this case worldwidewebimg4u(dot)com/piwigo/picture.php?/526/category/11 but it still loads dont know if thats just me?
