I would say no. If you look at the whois info the owner lists the address in the UK. The recent take down of tv-links.co.uk would heavily suggest that linking to infringing material is illegal in the UK. There are countries where it is not illegal, but the business (and probably owner), as well as the hosting, would need to be in such a country.
So who will tell how does it comes that there is so much warez on internet, warez that makes $$$ daily? its sick.
