i guess you can use any shopping cart script ... like oscommerce .. you can treat templates as a product and mark them downloadable products ... and if you put its price 0 .. it will be free if you are planning to sell templates then it will be good idea to use a shopping cart script. you may need to do some customization .. i can help you out in that case pm me if you need any sort of help or services cheers
