Buying Download Site/Blog (Warez) for Games (PC/Console)

DOUBLE READ THE THREAD BEFORE MAKING ANY OFFERS

I am looking to buy a site related to games download. I would prefer a PC games related site but if it releases console games too will work aswell. I dont need forums but Wordpress Sites which are pre-established.
I have few criteria before even getting serious about any kind of offers :-

1. Site must have alexa of 500k lesser
2. Site must use Google Analytics and must provide valid traffic proofs
3. Not much interested in earnings but if it makes any revenue, post its proof aswell
4. Site's overall traffic must be from Tier 1 countries (no asian ones)
5. Site must be active and not some copy blog
6. Payment method should be flexible and will probably use Escrow (I am from India so cant use Paypal, I can use Alertpay, Moneybookers and Bitcoins or LR too)

I can accept warez sites too (actually thats what I am looking for)
