    Hello,
    I was planning to start giving members a service of giving direct downloads from Rs.com

    I will be charging for it.(Maybe $1/100MB)
    Means.. A Thread will be there in the Freebies section.
    I will be using my server and my RS Premium and members can get Direct Download link of their RS.com Link :)

    Is it allowed?

    i think its allowed. But you have to go in freebies i think and don't put your link in the post just in PM.

    The selling and buying of rs.com accounts is prohibitted, so you can safely assume that this has a 99% chance of also being prohibited.

    I won't sell any accounts(THAT IS NONE!!)

    Will just offer this service to people who download around 100 MB aprox every week($1/week)
    So they can take the benefits of downloading 400 MB/month from RS @ only $4! ^.^

    Still waiting for a mod..

    Your still selling them the ability to use RapidShare on your site so it is an an account. And I'm guessing it'll have a user/pass of some sort right? :)

    Suppose they got.. 7 links of 100 MB each and they can't download it as a free user.
    I will give them the direct links in 30 mins of 7 RS files 100 MB each..

    Saves their time.
    That $1/100 MB is just an example.
    The prices will be way cheaper!

    Mods arent here to police people violating websites TOS. But I do believe you would be breaking them because the way I read it is that you are basically acting as a reseller.

    My opinion is no.
