Specifications User database structure to accomodate a 'premium monthy' subscripton service Downloads database creating New site features: -Download script - with time restrictions (if user is a premium user, no time restrictions) -Subscribe script (Taking paypal payment, and upgrading user account to premium for 30 days) -All pages need update to include the new premium membership feature (Like on main user page, checks to see if the users premium membership hasnt expired) -Admin pages (Possibly have to be intergrated with exsisting admin panel, would require the programmer to learn the functions that the existing script writer has used): - Add/Remove user subscripton - Add/Remove download Budget: $50
