Couldn't agree more about the menus but if this means I can get away from the genuine advantage guilt trip when my kids boot up ms office instead of open office it'll be a good thing :)

Ever since I tried the Open Office I never looked back at Microsoft's Office. Which is overbloated and usually is not backward compatible. I would not take for free or even if they pay me to have it.

I mean the 2003 M. Office was cool but the 2007 was already too fancy and confusing.

Office 2010 sounds interesting, haven't tried it though. But I am use eXpresso for business and personal needs and I LOVE IT! eXpresso provides real-time collaboration and editing control for shared Microsoft Office files in the cloud.

Thanks for the link buddy, going to try this. I think they tried too hard with MSO2007... Maybe this is a step in the right direction.

Did anyone have some trouble for installing Microsoft Office 2010? I have an problem when i try for installing Microsoft Office 2010. These problem is appears a message "Setup is unable to proceed due to the following error(s):
The installation of Microsoft Office 2010 requires that MSXML version 6.10.1129.0 be installed on your computer. install this component and re-run setup. Correct the issue(s) listed above and re-run setup"

And i was post an articles to solve this problem on here articles http://reviewsdaily.blogspot.com/2009/12/how-to-install-microsoft-office-2010-on.html

Just simple why that is you just need to install MSXML version 6.10.1129.0..And you can download it for free over those articles

Such problems are frequent with most of the upgrades of MS products. It always throws up one error or the other and leaves one feeling to be better off... with the older but working version! :(
