I run a website that is basically for the local electronic Dance music scene. I was looking for a program that i could use to make it to where users can visit my website and upload there mixes for other users to download. I dont really know where to begin to look for such a software/program that would allow me to do this. Also i would naturally prefer for this to be a free service but im not dead set on that, i understand that good things arnt always free. Please let me know if anyone has a direction they can point me or let me know some names. Thanks you

i have found olate download manager...except it has turned to open source and the support forums no longer exist. does anyone know where i can get templates for olate since google isnt bringing any sites up, or do you know of another program that is somewhat like olate in the sence that you can have custome skins?
