    Well for your information let me guide you that in the chatting and writing language over the net, whenever you type in CAPITALS, that means you are SHOUTING. I hope you dont repeat this same mistake in your articles :p
    BTW, the best option for you is to check out by yourself by inserting the download link in your blog or make a new blog and try it out on that first ;)

    If the link specified from you is legal download than you give link to that page to download. And of course they should not have objection for this. And that content should be legal. But before giving links to the other site, you need to see weather they are legal or not.
