Selling Download Apps Free Website - Huge Potential, Going Cheap! No BIN

I want to sell one of my pet projects which could not take off due to time constraints. I am selling http://www.downloadappsfree.org website (domain+database).

About the site - Site was created with an aim to provide visitors with links to Android Apps, iPad/iPhone Apps, BlackBerry Apps, Windows Apps etc all at one place. I managed to post about 125 apps and could not continue due to time constraints and a development of new project related to ecommerce. Site gets about 50-100 UV a month and the site has not been monetized in anyway.

What can be done with the site? You can continue posting the links to apps and use adsense to monetize the site. The site gets 50% of its visitors from search engines and there was NO SEO done by me. One can easily do some backlinking & other SEO methods to increase the SE traffic. People do search for a lot of apps. It is easy to rank this site since it has got strong keywords in its domain.
