    Any host that didn't at least allow you to make your own mime-type associations, regardless of what server software is being run -- well, that's like a server that doesn't allow PHP; I would move at the earliest opportunity as said host wouldn't be worth a flying purple fish and be a total ripoff... even if 'free'.

    iiS has Content-disposition (though I forget how to set that since I'm not dumb enough to use winblows as a server), lightppd has setenv.add-response-header, etc, etc...
