Downgrading from paypal premier to personal account

Can any one tell me if there is a way I can change my paypal premier to a personal account?

 

Yes, use the Contact Us tab at the bottom of the Paypal page after you login and tell them you want to downgrade. Note that you cannot upgrade the account in the future.

 

Did send them an email over 12 hours back but no reply as of yet.

 

Give them time. It took about 3 days to get a reply from them. They will get back to you for to confirm the change.

 

Actually you CAN upgrade again to a Premier or a Business account but once you upgrade a second time you will no longer be able to go back to a Personal account with that account.

 

Yup.You can downgrade once only......so better create another personal account

 

Try this
1. Log in to your account.
2. Click the Help link.
3. Click the Contact Us link.
4. Under Help by Email click the Contact Customer Service link.
5. Select My Account Profile topic.
6. Select Downgrade Account in the subtopic box.
7. Enter your request for an account-type change.
8. Click Continue.

 

Yeah once to downgrade to personal account after which you can upgrade again but that will be your last.

 

It is better to create a new personal account instead of downgrading.

 

Wait for upto 72 hours to reply. or you can otherwise call them to get the account downgraded.

 

So we can have 2 accounts with paypal? 1 business/premier and 1 personal?
