Well at the end of march i moved my sites to a dedicated server and and has some issues as a result one of my sites had some DNS problems and was down for a week or so once i got everything sorted out the traffic has been cut in half becasue i lost my rankings, what should i do to show back up? Should i just wait? I mean i still have all the links pointing to my sites so i think google just needs to figure out my site is back online?
humm, just check your back links properly and see if other webmasters have not remove those links. and wait for some time as crawlers will crawl your sites again and index the changes. can u tell me which page it shows when u check cache: your domain name. i think it shows page can not be display page.if it is so than let crawler modified your page info.it will be back soon. al d best.
It will help to get some fresh links on sites that are frequently indexed to your site. Just to show google your site is alive and kicking. For this purpose social bookmarking sites are very useful.
you can also go for some article submission which helps u to built more one way links which is more helpful.
check the google cache of your site...try to indexing your site regualrly; then do some article submission and link building as well. you will get back the rank soon, i hope. all the best.
Update your site with fresh content. Submit in good directories. Article submission will also help you.
One of my sites was down for over a week, when it was back it had gone from Google, right down to about page 5, however within a week it was back at the top.
good news guys my site is back on page one of google and the traffic has more then doubled back to normal that makes me breath easyer hehe thank you for your posts i will update the site often to keep it fresh
Still, my experience is that submitting to social bookmarking tools helps in getting indexed. Rel-no-follow really only means (as I understand it) that the link isn't counted as a vote.
