PM is Private Mesage to Client (you and him only see the messages) Project clarification board is a place were any member can send mesaje based on that project and Buyer and the rest can see them You are not allowed to post contact information ....
But people will generally find your company's contact information using google anyway. Though my understanding if most people prefer to use Elance because it provides security.
