Doubt regarding to template and SEO

Hello,
I have one site which is developed in such a way than each time page will refresh it's design will change little bit. (changes are menu place wil change, some text place wil change) but main thing is that it wil happen at the page load time. text will remain same not change in text content.
i have check all different layout by view source and there is not change in source for all different layout.

my question is, will it affect the SEO for my site? if yes than any suggestion??

If source of your site is same after changing layouts... Google can not notice any updates. !

 

google will check the html codes of your web site.

is your study going the change your content?

 

My content is remain same but table structure may change as design is rotate accordingly.
left menu bar got to right side, right one go to left side in this way.
