I have two questions regarding article submission 1.Is it good to submit a single unique article in more the 50 or 60 article submission Directories? 2.If all the directories accept my article then, is Google considering all the links from the directories as my back link or it take from 1 or two directories?
it is not a good idea to submit one article in 50 directories, google will index only few articles so you might end up with only 3-4 links.
yeah, if you want to submit the article to many directories, you can try spinning them before submission. also, if directories take your article and approve it fast, you may try building social bookmarks for articles so that you may get more indexed articles.

1. It is not advisable to submit single article to 50 sites or more - That makes the baclink to loose it value 2. Yes, Even if you submit the same article to 200 directories - Each will be considered as different backlinks, but it value will be lost.
If you want to submit to many directories use different original articles (very expensive but very valuable backlinks) or use one well spun original article. every different site count as different backlink, even if the content is the same, but it is probable that some articles won't get indexed.
yuo can submit to as many article directories as you wish. google does have a duplicate content filter and will filter out as many duplicate pages as possible, but they will have to find all the pages before they can remove them. if you submit a single article to 50 directories or more, some will be filtered out but more you submit, more you get. regarding your second question, you will get backlink from every single article page that is indexed by google.
Make sure that you make changes to the article before you are submitting to that much directories. If you don't then it would be considered as duplicate content and that is someting that Google doesn't like.
Spinning will be better option. But when you are submitting the same article the number of directories must not exceed ~5. Keep this no short and publish. I have seen in case of some popular high PR directories same content generates good no of back links. I have done this earlier and got the proof.
Spinning is the better way to choose as each will appear fresh to the search engine.. And being fresh, each article will provide backlink to your site.. That is beneficial..
I am a strong advocate of not submitting the exact same article all over the place because you won't get the full backlinking value. Instead, article spinning is the way to go, but not just junk and crappy article spinning using 100% automation. I am talking about "right" article spinning done manually or semi-automatically. Submitting one article in so many directories is not advisable. Content quality and uniqueness is important so use spinning tech and submit.
