I have created different campaigns with ad groups.
My ads have lot of impressions but clicks are low thats why CTR is low.

Any one from this professional world can suggest me where is the problem.

    how i can increase CTR

    Thanks

There could be a number of different reasons.

You might need to rethink the keywords you are using. Are they attracting the right people to click through your ad?

You might need to rewrite your your ads so that they are more catchy. Look at your competitors ads. Do your ads grad attention better than theirs? Do your ads let the reader know about the benefits of using your product/service?

Without more information it is difficult to tell why you are having trouble with your CTR. If neither of my earlier suggestions seem to help your issue then provide me with more details so I can suggest some other changes.

    Good Luck.

    I agree.

Another reason for low CTR many be very low position.

Also if your campaign is running on both search and content, make sure that you are looking only at search CTR, as content CTR tends to be very low, and that's just the way it is.

CTR is really low. IF you are having less than eCpm of 30 pennies, you should change to a cpm network.

Normally the CTR shall be between 0.1% and 0.5%. To increase CTR, you shall use different titles and description in your campaign.

If you have low CTR, try to look into your...

1.) Keywords - You may be targeting broad keywords like make money, affiliate program, etc. Be more specific.

2.) Ad copy - Writer killer ad copy. Stand out from the rest. Look at your competitors' ads and be different! Be sure to include a call-to-action phrase like "Join now", etc.

Sugarland...I have heard those numbers before (a CTR of .1% - .5%) but I have never been sure where people are getting them from.

Do you know the source of those statistics?
