Doubt in My Website Virus.

    Hi Friends,

    Recently my website was affected by virus.
    I had found the affected java script in my source code and i had removed.
    Now i want to know still there is any virus or not?
    How can i check my website is virus free?
    Please help me.

    Look for Iframe and special characters in your source code, if they are present remove them, Google will also send you a message if your website has virus in your webmaster tool account.

    Checkout the google webmaster labs section where you can see whether your site is having any virus. If yes, then remove them and submit request for re-evaluation.

    Login to your google webmaster account and check your site for malware and viruse issue.

    if it is really a javascript from your site, your site is probably hacked. i would reinstall my server, or at least install your website fresh and change all passwords

    yea and check for possible exploits in your cms, cross-site scripting and stuff
