It's approximately ten times more than what every other ad network is paying.

I'm only getting 10,000 unique visitors a day. In regards to how long the application process took, I don't have that answer because it's been a couple of years now.

Yeah they are quite exclusive and relatively difficult to get into.

yaa they are the king of cpm world. once you got accepted by them then you will not need to think about any other network. so, you will be able to focus completely on increasing value of your site.

Btw i always see clickbank related ads on tribal fusion ads
like "housewife is making $6540 / month from adsense"

You should be increasing the value of your site before thinking of monetizing it, and you always want a backup network or 2. Especially ones which are 100% Fill incase you need it. Never put your eggs in 1 basket.

That is incorrect. You should read up on fill rate.

yaa you should try to find a network which gives 90 to 100% fill rate.
but the problem is that networks which gives 90 to 100% fill rate but pays very low and ecpm is also much lower. and networks which gives 50 to 85% fill rate but pays very good and ecpm is also on the higher side.
what do you think that which one is better?

Thats why you do both and you serve the higher CPM (lower fill first) then the lower CPM higher fill last.

I'm learning that it's best to build a chain. I start with Tribal and take the high eCPM that they offer. My secondary network, which I just started with this week, surprised me by filling up 95%, so the remaining 5% went to the third network.
