Doubleclick Advertising

I am not sure if this is the right forum but I saw that Doubleclick offers publisher type advertising, cause i see their banners on many sites, but I dont know how to sign up for this program.

Also, is there some kind of minimum requirement(s) you need to have to be considered for the program?

 

I wonder too how to get in their ad network , I see only large and famous sites have doubleclick ads only so maybe small and medium size websites can't join it

 

afaik, doubleclick is just an ad server like OpenX Hosted or Google Ad Manager. They're also owned by Google.
