Yeah, you are hosted in Natasha Server server which is hosted in SAVISS DC. Today there is a scheduled maintainence of DATACENTER to upgrade their routing. So all the servers we have in SAVISS have been taken down. But we have DATABANK Servers too, and all of them are up.

Note: We couldn't inform our customers about this, because we have received the maintainence informations a few hours ago and our billing software is also hosted on the same DC.

Just ordered a package - waiting for the extra 100Gb Bandwidth to be allocated. Also, are you able to discount additional bandwidth to DP members? (Currently $15 for 100Gb extra).

 

I didn't realise when I signed up that I would only be able to host 1 or 2 Proxy domains (I have 3). Please advise ASAP if you can host my 3 proxy domains or not.

i have proxies on other hosting provider ( proy hosting ) and they suspend my sites for too cpu usage .
i have just 1 cgi and other is Zelune . can you host my sites with this status ?

Dont tell me to give some examples of high traffic sites hosted with me, cause there are loads who are getting legitimate traffic at an exponential rate from google only

Why is the POP down for three servers?
Your server load is quite high for Sapper.

 

If i m not wrong, then you must be saying these based on the server status page located in our billing manager . Although here are your answers:
Its because pop3 isn't using the 110 port for those servers. Those ports are changed to another one to protect it from pop3 flooding

Please read the first topic which will explain you about our load balance system . You are not in need to take load in consider untill, load balance doesn't come in fact.

Please note, server status page is only placed to inform our clients about our basement HQs. Those 4 Servers the basement of all proxies being hosted by Hagio-Host.
